NATO to provide Ukraine with equipment to combat drones

The NATO Secretary General said that in the long term, NATO can help Ukraine switch from Soviet to modern weapons.
Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, stated this following the results of the ministerial meeting of the NATO Alliance in Brussels.
Stoltenberg promised that Ukraine would receive NATO funds to defend against Russian drone attacks on civilian infrastructure.
As part of this package, NATO will also promptly provide Ukraine with anti-drone assets with hundreds of drone-jamming devices that can help nullify the effectiveness of Russian and Iranian drones and protect the Ukrainian population and infrastructure,” the Secretary General added.
