A resident of Drohobych publicly discredited Ukrainian defenders on his social media pages and prevented the delivery of summonses



A local blogger called the AFU representatives criminals in one of his live broadcasts. On his Youtube channel, the suspect justified the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine launched in 2014, the press service of the Prosecutor-General's Office said.

The suspect published videos on his channel in which he claimed that serving summonses to Ukrainian citizens was illegal and unconstitutional. In them, he provided "tips" on how to build a dialogue with TCC employees and avoid serving subpoenas.

The man repeatedly obstructed the lawful delivery of summonses by TCC representatives. He chased them away, calling them "jackals". He called the military men, who were wounded at the front and started working in this institution, criminals. Called for obstruction of their activities.

He provoked a conflict and filmed it on video, which he published on a social network.

The suspect is detained, he is charged with obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, production and distribution of materials that justify the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (part 1 of article 114, part 2 of article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Earlier, Socialportal reported that an Odessa military commander was detained on suspicion of illegal enrichment worth hundreds of millions of hryvnias and deliberate evasion from duty.
