Body of another civilian killed by Russians found in Kyiv region

The man was reported missing for a long time.

In the forest near the village of Klavdievo-Tarasovo in the Kyiv region, law enforcement officers found the body of a civilian killed during the Russian occupation. This was announced in his Telegram channel by the head of the police of the Kiev region Andrey Nebytov.

The police of the Kiev region found that the man received several bullet wounds in the heart and legs. Documents were found in the clothes of the deceased in the name of a 48-year-old resident of the village of Dubrava: since the end of March, the man has been wanted as a missing person, Nebytov noted.

As the relatives of the murdered man later reported, at the end of March, when the region was under occupation, the man got on a bicycle and went to visit his sister. To do this, the man had to drive past the places where the invaders were.

The path of the deceased lay precisely through enemy positions. The wife recognized the clothing that was on the man on the day of the disappearance, the head of the regional police said.

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched an offensive against the Kiev region from Belarus. Already at the end of February, the Russian military entered many settlements in the Kyiv region, in particular, in the Buchansky and Makarovsky districts. Local residents spent more than a month in the occupation until the Kyiv region was completely liberated on April 2, 2022.
