One of the new air defence installations appeared near a Moscow metro station.

This was reported by a number of Russian media outlets.

According to journalists, another air defence system has been installed near the Salaryevo metro in Moscow. Eyewitnesses saw a reconnaissance and target designation radar there.

In particular, one of the eyewitnesses' videos shows the P-18-2 Prima reconnaissance and target designation radar. Near such a radar should operate short- and medium-range air defense systems.

It is worth recalling that since December 2022 additional air defence systems have been actively installed in Moscow. In particular, installations have started to appear on the roofs of government buildings.

One Russian publication counted 7 such sites, including near important objects for officials: Putin's residence in Novo-Ogarevo and Gazprom avia's Ostafievo business airport. The eighth air defence system was installed in front of Luzhniki before a rally concert on February 22 this year.
