Work of services and transport during the alarm

Emergency services - rescuers of the State Emergency Situations Service, police, medics - began to work at the sites of blows from the first minutes. The mayor's office urged the capital's residents to close their windows, as high concentration of combustion products was recorded in the air.

The air alert in Kiev began on 3 July at 17:15 because of the threat of drone attacks and lasted until 19:24. However, the alarm was sounded again at about 20:00. During the evening rush hour, the metro partially suspended the movement of trains on the above-ground sections. Underground stations continued to be used as shelters.
