Russian politician and activist Nikolai Ishkov was hit on the head with a crowbar in temporarily occupied Mariupol.
This was reported in the Mariupol city council.
Mykola Ishkov felt the attitude of Mariupol residents towards the Russian occupants. He came to temporarily occupied Mariupol, where he was met not with "bread and salt", but with a blow on the head with a crowbar, - stated in the message.
According to Russian publics, Ishkov went to hospital with a concussion after being hit with a crowbar, the Mariupol attackers have not been detained.
Ishkov himself stated that it was done by "waiters". So he called Mariupol residents who are waiting for the liberation of Mariupol from Russian occupation.
Ishkov ran for city deputy of Kursk in 2022 from the party "Just Russia", but withdrew his candidacy.
He has now reclassified himself as an "activist" and travels around the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
