Massive strike on Kiev - 4 dead, more than 20 injured, among them children.
On the night of 28 August, Russian troops launched one of the most powerful strikes on Kiev in recent times.
According to the head of the KGBA, Timur Tkachenko, and Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, the attack killed at least four people, including a 14-year-old girl. More than twenty residents of the capital were injured, among them at least five children aged between 7 and 17.
A series of explosions swept through the city, causing destruction and fires in several neighbourhoods. Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site, so the number of victims may increase.
