According to Kadyrov, if the culprit himself cannot be found, his relatives will certainly be found.
In Chechnya (RF), if law enforcers cannot find the criminals who committed a murder, they should kill their relatives. This was stated by the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov at a meeting with employees of the Chechen Interior Ministry and Rosgvardiya. The corresponding statement of Kadyrov was published on 31 December in the Telegram channel 1ADAT.
It is reported that on 30 December Kadyrov gave an order to his law enforcement officers that if someone commits a crime and kills someone among Kadyrov's men, that death must definitely be avenged. According to Kadyrov, if the perpetrator himself cannot be found, his relatives will definitely be found.
Kadyrov said that now innocent civilians have begun to abandon their relative if he committed a crime and said that such things no longer work.
Now, in any case, for every Kadyrovite killed, the perpetrator himself or his relative will be killed if the perpetrator cannot be caught. However, if the perpetrator is caught, he will also be killed, and in the end the family will lose the lives of two people," the channel reported.
It is noted that in Russia there is no death penalty and even more so there is no blood feud. Blood feud is considered an aggravating circumstance in the Russian Criminal Code.
