Kadyrov ready to exchange AFU prisoners of war for lifting sanctions on his family and horses

Kadyrov handed the list of Ukrainian prisoners of war to Scott Ritter, the former UN inspector overseeing the elimination of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, who arrived in Grozny.
The head of Chechnya (RF), Ramzan Kadyrov, has offered to hand over Ukrainian prisoners of war in exchange for the lifting of sanctions against his family members and horses. He said this during the building of security forces in Grozny, Russian media reported.
Kadyrov said he had given the list of Ukrainian POWs to former UN inspector overseeing the elimination of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction Scott Ritter.
We have prisoners we took in Donetsk, Luhansk. I'm handing over to our guest [the list of POWs]. If they lift the sanctions on my mother, my daughters, innocent people, horses, except for me, <...> then we will hand over these people," Russian media quoted Kadyrov as saying.
It is reported that when the list was handed over, a video of the captured Ukrainians was shown. They said in the video that they offered to release 20 captives on condition that sanctions are lifted on Kadyrov's cronies, his planes and horses.
On Friday, a large-scale formation was held in the centre of Grozny with the participation of security forces and the presentation of military equipment.
The event was attended by Scott Ritter, the former UN inspector overseeing the elimination of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
