It became known how much the price of housing in the secondary market and in new buildings has grown

This is reported by the publication "Minfin" with reference to the study of the portal "OLX Real Estate".

In general, the cost of housing on the secondary market for six months increased by 8%, in new buildings - by 11%

If in January the average prices in the secondary market were at the level of 17643 UAH/m², then in July this amount is already 19070 UAH/m². In new buildings, the average cost per square meter now will cost UAH 25,464, which is UAH 2,500 more than at the beginning of the year before the war.

By region, the most favorable average price per square meter as of July in new buildings in the Ivano-Frankivsk region is UAH 17,834.

But the highest prices are in Kyiv (30460 UAH/m²), Lviv (33589 UAH/m²) and Dnepropetrovsk (33643 UAH/m²) regions.
