- In Yevpatoria the occupants destroyed a unique mosaic panel "Hutsul Dance"

The value of the monumental relief mosaic panel and the importance of preserving it for history did not influence the developer's decision to destroy it.
In occupied Yevpatoria, a developer has destroyed a unique mosaic panel "Hutsul Dance". This was reported by the Crimean Tatar Resource Centre NGO on 29 April.
On the facade of the former boarding house "Rodnichok" the developer destroyed a unique mosaic panel "Hutsul Dance". The territory is "cleared" for the development of high-rise housing, - stated in the message.
Earlier residents of the city tried to reach the occupation authorities and save the mosaic. Activists noted the value of the monumental relief mosaic panel, as well as the importance of preserving it for history.
The indifferent people managed to find specialists who were ready to dismantle the panel on a volunteer basis. The activists also agreed on a place to store the panel until it is installed in a new place.
Unfortunately, the efforts of concerned citizens did not affect the destruction of the mosaic panel.
Earlier, in temporarily occupied Mariupol, the Russians dismantled the railway station, destroying the cultural heritage of the city in the form of mosaics. The occupiers destroyed the railway station and a hotel with unique mosaics. The sights were created in the 1970s.
