In the Kherson region, the occupants turned a nature reserve into a landfill site

Russians in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson have set up a landfill on the territory of a wildlife preserve.

This is reported by the Centre for National Resistance.

Karaday Island has been considered a state landscape reserve since 2020. However, after the occupation of the region, Russian invaders set up a firing range on the territory of the reserve, where they practice shooting at the water area.

The barbaric attitude to nature is inherent in the Russians, who are also responsible for undermining the Kakhovka dam. In the Russian paradigm of thinking does not value life, neither people, nor animals, nor plants, - noted in the CNS.

We will remind, recently the occupants took out of the reserve "Askania Nova" red-listed animals. The Russians stole several specimens of Chapman's zebra, American bison, Przewalski's horses and David's deer.
