It is reported that first the military commissariat was tried to set fire to 53-year-old Marina K. at about half past nine in the evening on 13 November. The fire failed to ignite as she forgot to light the wick of a Molotov cocktail.
The woman was detained, she later said that she did it on the instructions of an unknown man who contacted her via WhatsApp messenger.
Four hours later, around half past one in the morning, 66-year-old Alexei Ch came to the military enlistment office. The man also threw a Molotov cocktail through the window, which caused the frame of the window pane to catch fire.
The man was detained, and he also said that he received the task to set fire to the military enlistment centre from an unknown person via WhatsApp.
