In Kharkiv, a FAB-500 got stuck in the wall of a house

Russian troops have dropped FAB-500 aerial bombs with a guided planning and correction module (GPCM) on Kharkiv for the first time, injuring five people. One aerial bomb got stuck in the wall of a private residential building. This was reported by the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office on 27 June.

It has been established that Russian troops used FAB-500 from UMPK for the first time to strike Kharkiv. Preliminarily, the attacks were launched from Mayskiy settlement in Belgorod region

Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office in Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code).

According to the investigation, on 27 June at about 15:00 Russian troops launched airstrikes on the Kiev district of Kharkiv. Private houses, buildings and dormitories of a higher educational institution, as well as the building of the State Emergency Service were damaged. Five people were injured.

One of the FAB-500s from the UMPK hit the wall of a private residential building and did not detonate.

Rescuers of the State Emergency Service removed the explosive device and extracted the unexploded bomb. A 10-year-old boy was in the house when the bomb hit. Fortunately, he was not injured.
