The organisation "Yellow Ribbon" is a resistance movement of Ukrainians in the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia. Organisers of the movement say that the number of underground fighters exceeds several thousand people and is constantly growing. According to them, the community in Crimea is one of the most active in the occupation, especially in Simferopol, Yalta, Yevpatoria and Feodosia, and recently residents of smaller towns - Simeiz, Balaklava - have been joining them.
One of the most famous actions of the movement is the hanging of yellow ribbons and posters with the words "Crimea is Ukraine" on the territory of the peninsula.
