How does Suja, which is under the control of the Ukrainian army, live?

In addition to Ukrainian media, journalists from the Washington Post visited Suja. They note that the Ukrainian military treats Russian civilians well, unlike the Russian army in the temporarily occupied settlements of Ukraine.
