In addition, the city has developed a fairly effective mechanism for enrolling children of exclusively working parents or those who serve in the Armed Forces or law enforcement structures in emergency kindergartens. For Kyivans whose children have already gone to one or a different kindergarten, it is enough to provide certificates from the work of both parents to your preschool educational institution and get a referral to the duty kindergarten in the area," said Valentin Mondrievsky, deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration.

"For those parents whose children are not registered in the capital, it is necessary to register in the electronic queue, register in the Kyiv kindergarten and then contact your preschool educational institution and get a referral," the official added.
