Where and how Russians can get a Ukrainian visa

Citizens of the Russian Federation can no longer freely enter Ukraine, they need a visa. We tell who and how can get it.

Russians will be able to apply for a Ukrainian visa in 8 cities of the Russian Federation through VFS Global visa centers, but it does not guarantee free entry to Ukraine.

Recall that Ukrainian consulates have not been working in the Russian Federation since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

It will be possible to use visa centers in eight Russian cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Samara. And Russian citizens who are in third countries can apply for a visa to Ukrainian diplomatic institutions in these countries, the Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
