The head of the Lugansk regional military administration, Sergei Gaidai, said that 90% of the occupied Severodonetsk had been destroyed. He wrote about this on Facebook .
Severodonetsk is occupied. After the withdrawal of units of our troops, the enemy is consolidated in the regional center of Severodonetsk and satellite villages: Sirotin, Voronovo and Borovsk... The city is 90% destroyed, it will be very difficult to survive there, the invaders will not be able to restore communications, he wrote.
He noted that now it is possible to leave Severodonetsk only through the temporarily occupied territories.
The Russians establish their own rules in the captured city: they appointed a "commandant", filmed propaganda stories with people leaving Azot's hideouts.
It is known that Ukrainian troops withdrew from the destroyed Severodonetsk (Luhansk region) in the direction of Lysichansk. In the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the city was called a withdrawal to advantageous positions in order to obtain a tactical advantage.
Earlier, Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said that Ukrainian defenders were unable to complete the special operation in Severodonetsk due to messages on social networks. Ukrainians were urged not to disclose the details of military tasks.
