The visit of European leaders to the US could take place early next week.

European leaders are coordinating a joint visit to US President Donald Trump amid news of his ultimatum peace plan for Ukraine.

According to Sky News, citing EU diplomatic sources, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has discussed the possibility of a trip with key European leaders - French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

All four politicians are coordinating preparations for a joint meeting with Trump in Washington. According to Sky News, the visit could take place as early as early next week, most likely on Tuesday if the White House confirms the date.

The main topics of the talks will be the situation in Ukraine and the new American approach to European security.

At the same time, a diplomatic source in the EU clarified to the publication that Starmer personally does not plan a visit to Washington, but Europe as a whole is preparing a joint meeting with Trump.

Recall, US and Russian officials have developed a peace plan to end Russia's war against Ukraine. It consists of 28 points and agreed by US President Donald Trump. The US has admitted that the plan is "not easy" for Ukraine, but it believes that the war must end and that if it does not, Ukraine is likely to lose even more territory.
