Two Ukrainian citizens killed in Israel due to Hamas attack

TheInterfax-Ukraine news and analysis website has quoted the Ukrainian embassy in Israel as saying that two Ukrainian citizens were killed during the Hamas attack on Israel.

Measures are being taken to organise the repatriation of the bodies of the victims. There is no information about the presence of Ukrainian citizens among the wounded or missing," the embassy said.

As the media clarifies, the dead were women.

The number of dead civilians in Israel has already exceeded 500 people.

We shall remind you that yesterday Hamas militants invaded the territory of Israel and also hit many cities with rockets. Later, the Israeli army (IDF) responded with the same strikes on the territory of the Gaza Strip.

Israel's political-military cabinet supported the introduction of Clause 40 Aleph, which means a formal declaration of war. This clause has not been introduced in the country since 1973.
