All MiG-29 fighters that are in working order and are in service with the Polish Air Force are being considered for transfer.

Polish President Andrzej Duda said in an interview with CNN:

The MiG-29s remaining in Poland, which are in working order and are in service with our air force, we are ready to hand over to Ukraine.

Ukrainian pilots will be able to operate MiG-29s right away, Duda said.

Duda is also confident that Ukraine will receive F-16 fighters in the future:

I believe that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will use F-16s in the future. That is why pilot training is so important now.
