Dog with GPS: Service dogs are being trained with navigator collars
Frame from video
The four-legged border guards are trained with GPS collars.
The State Border Service of Ukraine has received such kits with the assistance of the OSCE as part of international aid. This is what the State Border Service reported.
This allows to determine the distance, speed and direction of movement of service dogs at a distance of up to 15 kilometres, - stated in the message.
It also makes it possible to correct the animal's actions when preparing for search work.
