"For the Russian Federation you are a human shield": residents of Kherson region are urged to evacuate

Alexander Prokudin published a video of the evacuation appeal in his Telegram channel.

"Indomitable residents of the left bank, while our Defenders and Protectors are making superhuman efforts to free you from Russian tyranny, you must take care of your own and the safety of your relatives," Alexander Prokudin wrote.

"For the Russian army, you are a 'human shield'. The occupiers use sneaky tactics, because they know that the Ukrainian army will not fight with their own people," Prokudin said.

Prokudin earnestly asks to temporarily leave the places of residence that are in the line of fire or evacuate to the Ukrainian-controlled territory.
