To protect Kerch bridge occupants flood ferries - GUR

In the area of the Kerch Strait, the occupants are flooding ferries, between which they are going to install booms.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

According to the Directorate General of Defence Intelligence, the Russians have already sunk one ferry and are carrying out preparatory work for the sinking of the second ferry.

In total, the invaders plan to sink at least six watercraft. Thus, the occupiers want to create a protective obstacle course in front of the Kerch bridge connecting the temporarily occupied Crimea with Russia.

The Russians intend to install booms between the submerged ferries. Thus, the enemy seeks to shield the Kerch bridge from defeat," the Defence Ministry's GSD reported.

It is noted that periodic successful strikes on the bridge caused serious damage to the structure. In particular, the road and railway bed was affected.

The GSD connects the sinking of ferries to protect the nineteen-kilometre bridge with the crisis within the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation.

The recent strikes on the Kerch bridge once again aggravated the situation for the enemy's group of troops in southern Ukraine and caused a hysterical reaction of the military-political leadership of Muscovy. The Kremlin demanded to secure the facility, which is critical for the military logistics of the Russian occupation army, at all costs," the report said.

Earlier Socialportal reported that there were explosions on the illegally built Crimean bridge.
