The security service collected evidence and obtained expert reports confirming the illegal activities of four female residents of the capital.

This was reported by the SBU press service.

One of the suspects, a 32-year-old Kiev resident, posted the banned content on her social networks and sent it to the administrator of a popular Telegram channel. The video was soon circulated on pro-Russian platforms.

Another suspect, a 36-year-old Kyiv resident, posted a video of air defence work and the results of hitting enemy targets on her Instagram page.

A third suspect also shared her video on social media.

The fourth suspect, originally from the Sumy region but living in Kyiv, first made a video showing the shooting down of enemy missiles and then sent the files to her acquaintances via various messengers. To avoid criminal liability, the perpetrator attempted to delete the banned messages.

All four suspects were charged under Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (dissemination of information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations, with the possibility of their identification on the ground, if such information was not posted in the public domain by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine or other authorized government agencies, committed under martial law). They face up to 8 years in prison for such a crime.

During urgent investigative actions, mobile phones and computers were found at the suspects' residences, which they used to distribute their video recordings.

The Security Service reiterated the ban on filming and publishing videos and photos related to the activities of the Defence Forces and the consequences of enemy shelling. Further investigative actions are underway in relation to two other individuals who also posted banned content on the same day and were identified by the Security Service.
