Budanov speaks about future AFU counteroffensive in spring
Ukraine is planning a big counter-offensive this spring.
Kirill Budanov, head of the Interior Ministry's GUR, said this in an interview with ABC News.
Budanov said that we should expect fierce fighting in March:
It is the liberation of territories and the infliction of final defeats on the Russian Federation. This will take place all over Ukraine, from Crimea to Donbass. Our goal, and we will achieve it, is a return to the 1991 borders, in which Ukraine is recognised by all subjects of international law.
We shall remind you that Budanov noted earlier that Ukrainians will be able to rejoice in good news in the middle or second half of 2023.
