Britain's intelligence agency says Russia has started losing fewer soldiers
Since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost some 447,5100 military personnel, 820 in the last 24 hours.
Russian troops began to lose fewer soldiers at the front. This is reported by the UK intelligence.
Thus, the average daily number of Russian losses (killed and wounded in Ukraine) decreased by 74 people per day during March 2024, to 913 people per day.
Experts attribute the decrease in losses to a decrease in the number of reported Russian army attacks over the past month.
The decline in Russian offensive operations reflects a number of factors: a period of rest and retraining after the capture of Avdeevka, as well as the intention to reduce the number of reported Russian fatalities, the intelligence experts wrote.
Since the invasion in February 2022, Russian forces have suffered an average of 658 casualties per day. At the same time, Russian troop casualties have been rising steadily, from 400 in 2022, 693 in 2023 and 913 in the first quarter of 2024.
These figures reflect the dependence of Russian losses on the frontline on the pressure on the Ukrainian army," the report said.
We would like to point out that the Russian Defence Ministry conceals the losses of occupation troops in Ukraine. At the same time, the Putin regime constantly lies about the losses of the Ukrainian forces.
The General Staff of the AFU reports that Russia has already lost more than 447,000 soldiers in the war. Only in the last 24 hours our soldiers liquidated 820 Russians.
