- Border guards told in which region Russian DRGs are most often stopped

The Russian occupation army is trying to send sabotage and reconnaissance groups into Ukraine.
Russia most often tries to penetrate the territory of Ukraine through the border in Sumy Region. It is there that Ukrainian defenders record the largest number of saboteurs storming our country's border. About it on air of the telethon told the speaker of the State border service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko.
The Ukrainian military at the detection of saboteurs immediately open fire to kill and force the Russians to withdraw behind the border, - he pointed out.
Demchenko noted that the territories of Sumy, Chernihiv and Kharkiv regions are under constant fire from the Russian Federation. Most of the shelling is also recorded in Sumy region.
The enemy does not stop shelling from its territory on the territory of Ukraine. For example, last month our border guards recorded about 1,800 shellings by Russia on the territory of Ukraine. These were in Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions. The Sumy and Kharkiv regions account for most of the shelling. In addition, the enemy is trying to actively use sabotage and reconnaissance groups along the Sumy direction," Demchenko said.
He pointed out that the Ukrainian defenders constantly strengthen fortifications, as well as promptly respond to the enemy's attempts to transfer DRGs. The defenders use UAVs to detect violations of the state border.
To detect DRGs, unmanned aerial vehicles are used to monitor the situation along the border line. When a DRG is detected, fire is immediately opened and they retreat behind the border line. There are also anti-sabotage reserves, which immediately upon detection of saboteurs are sent to that place to clear the area of saboteurs," the speaker said.
