The Russians attacked Kyiv again. Rockets hit a residential building and a kindergarten. They continue to fight with civilians, violating all the rules of war. They have no honor, conscience and courage. Russia must be recognized as a sponsor of terrorism as soon as possible. Ukraine also needs modern missile defense systems. We are talking about this with our allies. Weapons will protect against a terrorist country. And it will help our army defeat the Russians on the battlefield,” Yermak writes.
