APU, partisans or smoking in the wrong place. Who is "to blame" for the explosions at the Novofedorovka airfield?

On August 9, large-scale explosions occurred at the airfield in Novofedorovka. Officially, Kyiv does not recognize the use of high-precision long-range weapons at this facility, and Moscow also did not blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result of a strike on a military base in Crimea, the invaders lost 160 soldiers and nine aircraft, according to the General Staff.
The official version of the Russian Federation of what happened is a fire due to the detonation of several shells.
The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) suggests that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were involved in the explosions in Novofedorovka.
The simultaneity of explosions at two different sites probably excludes the official Russian version of an accidental fire but does not exclude either sabotage or long-range missile attack. Ukraine may have modified its Neptune missiles for ground use, but there is currently no evidence to support this hypothesis.
The New York Times reported their version of what was happening, citing a senior Ukrainian military officer familiar with the situation.
The Ukrainian military said that Ukrainian forces were behind the attack on the Russian airfield. The military did not report on the weapon used for shelling but stressed that the Ukrainian military used the “device” exclusively for Ukrainian production.
After the publication of The New York Times, information appeared in the Ukrainian media that the Ukrainian military could strike with the help of the Grom OTRK.
In turn, a US government spokesman told the Washington Post on anonymity that the attack in Novofedorovka was probably carried out by Ukraine - and did not use weapons provided by the United States.
Journalist Andrei Tsapilenko, on his Telegram channel, spoke about the Thunder OTRK.
The only Ukrainian weapon that can reach the Saki region is the Grom operational-tactical missile system, which ranges from 50-280 km. It can increase it to 450–500 km,” writes Tsaplienko.
Earlier, the Military published information that the Grom OTRK complex is being modernized and unified. And it is not known whether the complex is already in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the OP, named two unofficial versions of explosions at the military airfield of the occupiers in Crimea.
Version one was a strike by Ukrainian weapons while the allies were pulling long-range missiles for us. Our military-industrial complex also does not stand still. Version two - Ukrainian partisans worked, - Arestovich noted.
Recall that with the help of the anti-ship missile "Neptune," on April 13, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the missile cruiser "Moskva" of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
