A court in the Russian city of Kursk has satisfied a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor-General's Office and seized two confectionery factories from their Ukrainian owners: Konti-Rus in Kursk and KC Merletto in Lipetsk.

The court explained the nationalisation of Akhmetov's and Kolesnikov 's companies by the fact that their owners "financed the Ukrainian Armed Forces". This was the first case of nationalisation by denunciation in Russia. This is stated in the message of the joint press-service of the judicial system of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

The group functions mainly in Ukraine, as well as on the territory of certain subjects of Russia, the activities are directed against the life and health of Russians, the security of society and the state. They carry out discrediting the Armed Forces of Russia, as well as provide active actions to financially support the armed formations of Ukraine," the report said.

B.V. Kolesnikov and R.L. Akhmetov are also listed among the six owners.

The court turned to the income of the Russian Federation the shares of JSC Conti-Rus and 100 per cent of shares in the authorised capital of Merletto Capital LLC and Merletto KC LLC.

The denunciation on these factories was written by a certain "public activist" Vitaly Borodin.

I appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with a request to check this company for financing the AFU. Ukrainian oligarchs are related to this company - they are Boris Kolesnikov and Rinat Akhmetov, - wrote Borodin in social network.

Borodin also wrote denunciations against Alla Pugacheva, Laima Vaikule, Liya Akhedzhakova, Alexei Navalny, Semyon Slepakov, Diana Arbenina and Valery Meladze.
