The organisation carries out its humanitarian activities and helps the peaceful population in the frontline zone, as well as internally displaced persons and returnees through 13 offices in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Vinnitsa and Zakarpattya regions.

Main projects:

- humanitarian aid in the form of food, water, hygiene kits and non-food items;

- evacuation of civilians from settlements where hostilities are taking place, including special medical evacuation of people with limited mobility;

- social support for the most vulnerable persons affected by the conflict;

- psychological assistance for persons affected by the conflict, including prolonged psychosocial support;

- protection counselling;

- provision of emergency shelter repair materials and other emergency relief materials in the combat zone, including direct provision of rapid repairs for the most vulnerable;

- assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found shelter, namely non-food assistance aimed at improving the everyday life of displaced persons;

- social transport for the most vulnerable segments of the population living in isolated settlements on the line of contact and without access to basic services;

- assistance to pre-school and school-age children of IDPs affected by the war, namely the creation of children's and educational spaces where children receive psychological support, socialisation and developmental assistance;

- providing rehabilitation equipment to people who have been injured or suffered damage to their health as a direct result of the fighting.
