Foundation specialisation: ELEOS-Ukraine is a platform of interaction between non-governmental organisations, religious communities, public sector, based on democratic values and beyond any kind of discrimination in order to solve social problems.

Eleos-Ukraine NGO is the official representative of the Synodal Department of Social Service of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The network has 15 regional organisations in different cities of Ukraine.
