Zelensky became almost three times poorer in 2022: declaration made public

The income of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his family according to the published declaration for 2022 has decreased from 10.8m hryvnyas to 3.7m hryvnyas, the presidential website reported on 28 January.

According to the declaration for 2021, the income of the Head of state and members of his family amounted to 10 million 824 thousand 507 UAH, including income from the sale of government bonds - 5 million 359 thousand 600 UAH. - is stated in the message.

According to the declaration of 2022, the income of Vladimir Zelensky and members of his family amounted to 3 million 692 thousand 683 UAH.

The income of the President's family for 2022 decreased due to the temporary termination of lease agreements on the territory of Ukraine as a result of the beginning of full-scale aggression of Russia against our country, - is explained in the message.

Also. the balance of funds of the family of Zelensky at the end of 2022 decreased by almost 1 million 800 thousand UAH.

It is noted that Vladimir Zelensky and in the future remains the owner of a number of trade marks. In particular, in 2021 completed the registration process of 22 trade marks, which began long before his election to the post of President of Ukraine.

There were no other changes in 2021 and 2022 in terms of assets, immovable property, vehicles, etc.
