Warsaw says whether Ukraine can win the war
Poland is considering intervening after Russian strikes crippled Ukraine's power grid and destroyed the largest children's hospital in Kiev.
Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski has said that he continues to believe in Ukraine's victory in the invasion war unleashed by Russia. This was reported by gzeromedia.com.
