Volodymyr Zelenski says how many settlements in Kherson Region are under control of the AFU

President Vladimir Zelenski said this in a daily video address.

The President stated:

Today we all feel the uplift together. I don't know if there is at least one person who has not yet watched the video of our Khersonians greeting the Ukrainian defenders. And we will see many more such meetings. In those towns and villages that are still under occupation. We are not forgetting anyone, we will not leave anyone behind.

The President is confident that it will be like this throughout the whole territory of Ukraine:

We will come to all our towns and villages as well. We will definitely see the Ukrainian forces in Crimea being welcomed with Ukrainian flags, which are also kept there, and there will be hundreds on the streets on liberation day.

The General Staff also reported in its evening update on the situation on the front that the Russian military is engineering positions on the left bank after destroying all the bridges over the Dnieper in Kherson Oblast.

Also today, Commander of OK South Andrei Kovalchuk arrived in Kherson. The city's residents greeted him with applause and words of gratitude.
