The Ukrainian Armed Forces tell us about the situation on the border with Belarus

In Belarus, Russian troops rotated and some units withdrew from the country. At the same time, tent camps were not removed from the ranges of the republic in order to accept additional forces. Lieutenant General Sergei Naev, commander of the United Forces of the AFU, said in a statement.

Speaking about the threat from the northern neighbour, Nayev noted that the possibility of an offensive from the territory of Belarus remains low.

Nayev gave assurances that the Ukrainian military was monitoring the situation and that the State Border Service was conscientiously fulfilling its border protection tasks, while units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were protecting the state border.

The commander of the United Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stressed that the situation on the northern border was stable and under control.
