Ukraine responds to Putin's anti-Semitic remarks about Zelensky
Putin said in an interview with a Russian TV channel that the West had put an "ethnic Jew at the head of Ukraine to cover up the anti-human nature" of Ukrainians.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry speaker Oleh Nikolenko said there was no place for ethnic hatred in the modern world.
Putin's chronic fixation on the Ukrainian president's ethnic origin is yet another manifestation of the deep-rooted anti-Semitism of Russian elites," Nikolenko wrote.
Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President, wrote on Twitter that this is yet another cynical attempt by Putin to exploit the Holocaust theme.
The man who deliberately orders missiles to attack a foreign country, mass murder, rape, kidnap children, destroy towns and villages, offers a new justification for his internal inadequacy," Podolyak wrote
According to him, such statements show that Putin lives in his own world, isolated from reality.
