Turkey says Putin is preparing a "new agreement" with the West
The new agreement could significantly affect the global order, according to Istanbul.
Vladimir Putin plans to conclude a "great new agreement" with the West, which will include Ukraine. This was stated by the press secretary of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Ibrahim Kalin, reports CNN .
We think Putin wants to make a big new deal, an agreement with the West. It partially applies to Ukraine, of course, - he said.
Kalin stressed that the agreement would allegedly be of a global nature and would be aimed at building relations between Russia and the West. It supposedly should become a new treaty that "corresponds to reality."
There is a new Russia, there is a new world, there is a new reality, and they want to make a new deal,” Kalyn said.
At the same time, the adviser to the Turkish president believes that negotiations between Ukraine and Russia may resume in the future, despite the fact that Vladimir Zelensky approved the official refusal to negotiate with Vladimir Putin.
