The head of Kursk Region, Roman Starovoit, has announced an attack by "Ukrainian UAVs". According to him, a drone dropped explosives on a substation, as a result of which a transformer caught fire. The official said air defences had been triggered in the Kursk district and urged local residents to remain calm.
