A fake story about Budanov is spreading in Russia
Russia regularly spreads lies in the media.
The head of the Ukrainian intelligence service is allegedly seriously injured and even in a coma. This information has been disseminated by the Russian media.
According to Russian propagandists, Kyrylo Budanov was seriously injured and is being treated in Germany.
Propagandists, "war correspondents" and Z-channels write that this information was allegedly told to them by some doctors of the German magazine Stern. However, the newspaper does not provide a link to the news itself. And there is no link to the newspaper's website, either.
Russian propagandists say that Budanov was wounded after a missile attack on Kiev on May 29. Allegedly, debris from the missile fell next to him and the ceiling fell on his head. Propagandists assure that the head of Ukraine's GUR was then taken to Poland and from there to Germany.
Budanov has brain damage after a head injury, and doctors are giving unflattering prognoses," the Z-channels wrote.
This is not the first fake Russian propagandists have tried to pass off as truth. Most recently, they "buried" Zaluzhny, Syrsky, and Budanov. In addition, the propagandists regularly "destroy" Western equipment at the front.
