Intelligence agency tells when Russians will try to continue offensive
The Russians want to keep a land corridor to Crimea and occupy the entire Donetsk region.
Andriy Cherniak, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's GUR, said:
They (Russians - ed.) have failed to achieve their goal anywhere. They understand that they are losing, but they have no plans to give up. Perhaps they can withdraw simultaneously from the north or from the east, we are ready for that.
For her part, Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said there is absolute confidence in our victory:
