A preliminary 5-8 wagons with grain have derailed and train traffic has been suspended.
This is what the Russian propaganda media and the occupation authorities claim.
According to the currently available information, the explosion occurred on railway tracks in the Simferopol district of Crimea. The tracks have been derailed, and train traffic has been suspended.
The so-called adviser to the "head of Crimea", Oleg Kryuchkov, said:
Electric trains on the Simferopol-Sevastopol line have been temporarily suspended. Passengers will be taken to these stations by buses. The resumption of traffic will be announced additionally.
It is also known that 50 metres of track is damaged, the diameter of the crater under the rails is about 15 m and the depth is about 2 m.
