There was an explosion at a Rosneft refinery in Krasnodar Krai

Russian media and local authorities are reporting this.

According to the latest reports, there was an explosion in the city of Tuapse, which is in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. It happened at a Rosneft oil refinery.

There was an explosion at the Tuapse oil refinery, followed by a second sound of explosion, with windows blown out at nearby houses, it is not clear what is burning, but it appears to be drums.

Two drones laden with explosives are reported to have damaged a boiler house next to an oil storage tank.

Also, according to the Russian publication ASTRA, there was a barracks with Russian military personnel about 30 metres from the site of the explosions.
