In the Kyiv region, in the Obukhov district, law enforcement officers detained a man who shot the Ukrainian flag, and when the police arrived at the scene, he said that he was ready to blow himself up. This was reported on the page of the head of the GUNP in the Kiev region Andrey Nebitov .

Nebitov clarified that the attacker was 30 years old, he was drunk at the time of the arrest, and the detention was carried out by Vasilkovskaya police officers.
Employees of the Vasylkivska police worked well. In a moment, the attacker was handcuffed. The man was under the influence of alcohol. Weapons, cartridges and an F-1 grenade were confiscated from the offender, the law enforcement officer said.
For desecration of state symbols, illegal handling of weapons and ammunition, as well as a threat to kill a law enforcement officer, the attacker faces up to 7 years in prison.
There is no word on the perpetrator's motives.
