TikTok blogger accused of war by 'satanic mafia' to be tried in Kyiv region
A TikTok blogger in Kiev Region spread Russian propaganda and justified Russian aggression in Ukraine. He faces a prison sentence.

The investigation revealed that the 46-year-old Kiev resident had been justifying Russian aggression since the start of the full-scale invasion. He disseminated relevant information on the TikTok social network.
The suspect, using his own page on the TikTok social network, disseminated to an unlimited number of users videos containing denials of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. In his videos, the suspect tried to absolve Russia of responsibility for a full-scale war in Ukraine and blamed it on the "satanic mafia", the prosecutor's office said.
In addition, the blogger urged viewers to resist Ukrainian law enforcers. A forensic linguistic examination proved that the suspect had been disseminating propaganda information aimed at calling for a violent change in the constitutional order and justifying Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.
The man was reported on suspicion of distributing materials calling for violent change of the constitutional order and justifying the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine (Part 2, Part 3, Art. 436-2) 2, Part. article 109, paragraph 3, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the articles provides for up to eight years in prison.
