Germany exposes another Russian lie

Russian propagandists constantly use lies for disinformation purposes.

Stern magazine said that it had never made a publication about the wounding of Ukrainian intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov, as reported by Russian propagandists and "war correspondents", citing the FRG publication. This was reported by DW quoting Stern

Stern did not publish such a news item. That is why this story is nothing more than an outright fake, another fake news by Russian propagandists," Stern stressed.

They noted that the last time they recalled Budanov in their publications was on February 28 this year. At that time, the head of the Ukrainian intelligence service expressed his opinion about possible arms deliveries to Russia.

On 17 June, Russian propaganda started spreading statements that Budanov was allegedly seriously injured and was undergoing rehabilitation in Germany. At the same time, they assured that Stern was an honest publication and would not deceive. At the same time, the Russians did not provide links to the original article.

We would like to point out that Russia constantly spreads fakes about Ukraine and the AFU command. Information attacks via the media are one of the components of a large-scale information operation to discredit Ukraine to the Western world. The main goals of such lies are to frighten, scapegoat Ukraine with the world, discredit its authorities and people, misinform and accuse.

At the same time, the Russian Federation spends millions of dollars to maintain botfarms.
