6 Ukrainian regions will end heating season early: who will be affected
The heating season 2022-2023 is coming to an end, but it will end earlier in some regions. This is due to warming.
This was said by Naftohaz Ukrayiny board chairman Oleksiy Chernyshev, Radio Svoboda reported.
Ukraine is successfully completing a difficult heating season. Weather conditions allow it to do so earlier than planned. In the Kherson, Odessa, Mykolayiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Volynsk and Vinnytsia regions, by decisions of the local authorities, heating cuts have already begun," Chernyshev said.
It is expected to get warmer in other regions in the coming days, after which the heating season will gradually end throughout Ukraine.
