Today, Russian forces have largely focused their efforts on preparing for a new massive assault on the Pokrovsky section of the front.
Yesterday, the enemy's 14th Independent Motorised Rifle Brigade occupied the village of Kalinovo, where it planted a Soviet flag with a sickle and hammer.
Intense fighting by the enemy's 114th Independent Motorised Rifle Brigade, which has been going on for eight months now, is evidence of a covert mobilisation in Russia. Despite significant losses, this brigade continues active assault operations. The losses among Russian soldiers are probably enormous, but apparently the Kremlin continues to replenish the ranks with new mobilisations.
In addition, the enemy captured the village of Memrik two days ago. As one of the aerial reconnaissance officers of the 59th Independent Motorised Infantry Brigade notes, Russian forces in Memryk are moving "as if on parade", indicating a significant concentration of enemy forces.
Ukraine's air defence was active in Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Kirovograd, Kyiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Sumy and Donetsk regions, successfully repelling enemy attacks and protecting civilian infrastructure.
